2 lb ground beef seasoned with gourmet burger seasoning, onion powder, garlic, pepper and salt (I only had 1 lb, so I browned that and had two leftover pieces of steak, so I cut them up into it)
1 bottle of tomato juice/V8 (2 quarts)
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
2 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans of corn
2 cans green beans
1 bag of carrots frozen
2 Tbs Texas Pete
Slow cooked it all day for about 6 hours on low.
