Ingredients
1 cup chopped onion
1cup chopped celery
1cup chopped carrots
2 cloves garlic
Saute all until onions are clear. Than add:
8 cups chicken broth
1/8 tsp. Black pepper
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
Raw skinless chicken pieces of your choice.
2 bay leafs
Bring to a boil and simmer 45 min
Remove bone from chicken chop an put back.
Add 2 cups cooked noodles of your choice. Simmer another 5 min. And enjoy!
