Soy Sauce Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • Shrimp

  • Green onions, garlic, chili, fish sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Steam the shrimp:
    Place green onions and ginger at the bottom of a steamer, then arrange the shrimp on top. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, cover with a lid, and steam until the shrimp turn red and are fully cooked. Remove and peel the shrimp.

  2. Make the dipping sauce:
    Mix minced green onion, garlic, and chili with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1/2 bowl of cooled boiled water. Stir well, then soak the peeled shrimp in the sauce. Done!
