Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1 head of cabbage, chopped
3 cans of tomato soup
1 cup beef broth
Worcestershire sauce (to taste)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is soft.
While the beef is cooking, prepare 2 cups of rice.
In another pan, sauté the cabbage until tender.
Combine the cooked beef mixture, rice, and cabbage in a large soup pot.
Add the tomato soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
Simmer everything together for about 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and the flavors meld.
